Description
This is a 39 year old woman diagnosed with left breast cancer who opted for double mastectomy and implant-based breast reconstruction, declined nipple reconstruction. When the mastectomy removes the nipple, it means the new implant will look smaller than the patient’s native breast. Implant exchange and fat grafting restores fullness to the breast shape.
