Before: 50 yo woman who lost 60 lbs with diet and exercise and desired improvement to abdominal contour. Procedure and Results: Full abdominoplasty, liposuction of flanks and mons. Results shown are 2 and 12 months after surgery. Note the scar fading and improvement in hip contour at 12 months - no revisions necessary.
